Snow for spring

My roommate left for spring break, then it snowed. I live in the mid-west, or more specifically the middle of the mid-west: Missouri. I'm not sure if it snowing is ironic or not, but I do know that it looks like winter break out there.
Anyway, I'm sure I mentioned that me and my friends are trying out the new Star Wars RPG: Edge of the Empire. I'm sure I also mentioned I was going to draw our characters. So far I got mine and one of the others done (2 more members of the team left).

The Gand is my character, is fun so far.

OH! Been really into the youtube series Dubstep Solves Everything. I watched them in reverse by accident but that didn't make them any less enjoyable.

Just adding this. Working on 2nd draft of story as well as a few others. My friends and I are trying out the new Star War Table-Top RPG (Edge if the Empire). We enjoyed our first go though, like all systems it took a bit to get used to, that and the fact it's still in beta (I think). I'm playing a Gand. My friends want me to draw the group and I think I will.

What Favorites?

I don't have any finished products to wave around and put on this over sized fridge this time.

I do however, well, would like to talk about my favorite things. Or rather my general response when someone asked me what my favorite thing is. When people ask me what my favorite song, I usually reply that it depends on my mood. Granted My favorite genres hover around alternative rock, I have branched out and am willing to give others a try.
When people ask me what my favorite food is I don't think about the food I like to eat the most, but of the sheer amounts/types of food. Since I'm not really picky, (my family instigated a three bites rule, so even to this day I'll try anything) my answer then is generally telling people about the food I don't like, since its a much smaller list.
Movies oddly enough are a bit easier to answer for, but that's because I'm cynical about them. Which is to say, those movie I have no interest in, I don't watch nor even fake attempts to. The movies I want to see, I tell myself to that things can suck, so when the movie doesn't suck I'm that much more happy about it. Heck, even if it turns out decent I'm okay with it. (The Shawshank Redemption will always be in my top 3 movies though.)
So, why is it difficult to list things I really like but not that which I dislike? I'm I over thinking it? Probably. That seems to be the case with food anyway, where I think of things I haven't tried yet and not directly about the things I like. Do I tie preferences to my temperament? Also likely, I do have a few playlists that are very mood specific to me. Then again my favorites playlist is a horrible monstrous mess of genres.

Well...I guess that's about it. There are deeper underlying questions there, but I don't feel like tackling them just yet.

Another avatar done

So sent short story to get edited, have been thinking about possible covers. Non of the sketches I came up with... don't fit all well. I'll put it in a pdf once is all done, but that's after a rewrite and a second edit.

Anyway, client asked me to make a version of Heimdal for him:

I just thought that being all seeing meant that he could use some eye drops.

Recent;y Watched:
Haywire (surprisingly good, and interesting use of sound.)
Finished watching the rest of Spice & Wolf (the anime that teaches economics)
